How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking details. Your parcel is on its way to you.
You can click the link in this shipping confirmation email directly and it will track your order for you.
What is your delivery time on my order?
Please allow approximately 4-6 days for New Zealand wide delivery on in stock items. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate delivery date at which time you can accept or cancel your order.
Here at The Good Pet Home we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, however the delivery time outlined above is an approximate timeframe and we cannot accept responsibilities for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Covid-19, strikes, natural disasters, custom clearance or government enforcements).

How do I return/exchange my item(s)?

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of purchase.
Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition . If you intend to return or exhange an item:
- Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached.
- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used.
- The Good Pet Home cannot accept returns on any perishable goods (food products) and custom-made orders.

Can I return or exchange a SALE item?
The Good Pet Home cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully.
What countries do The Good Pet Home currently ship to?
Currently The Good Pet Home ships to New Zealand and Australia.
